RESTRICTED PUBLIC REPORTS AND DOCUMENT PAGES
Association Business and Operations Documents in addition to Meeting Minutes and Budget Reports considered 'Restricted Public Reports' and therefore are available by written request under the DBPR (Department of Business and Professional) guidelines.
Association Articles, Declarations and ByLaws and Annual Business Reports are considered 'Non Restricted Public Reports' and are (all) "official copys".
Official Copies can be obtained at Charlotte County FL., Clerk of the Court Records and or Sunbiz-Org. The information below is provided with the understanding this web site may not contain the most updated information such as, but not limited to, recent Board Meeting or Membership meeting changes to rules and regulations, etc.
PLEASE NOTE*** In order that the 'Non Restricted Public Reports and Documents' are prevented from being indexed by web spiders and web-bots on the large search sites such as Google, Yahoo, Bing and Amazon ect., ect.
It is necessary to locate the Associations Public and Private Documents on a secure password protected pages of this website.
