About Navigators Rest Condominium Association INC.

Navigators Rest Condominium Association INC., was founded in 1984. It is located in Grove City in the district of Englewood FL., of on the Cape Haze Peninsula which is in Charlotte County Florida.

The building complex contains -7- units, along with deeded parking and common patio and grounds facility's.

We are a deed restrictive community that operates under articles, declarations and rules and regulations.

Rental Units are occasionally available for yearly and or seasonal leasing. Please contact us for further details.

Our facility has convenient access to area shopping, beaches, parks, recreational facility's, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Our association is governed by a Board of Directors (Officers) that conduct Business and Operations according to the FL., 718., and, 618 Statutes under the SunShine Laws., and, Roberts Rules of Order. Regular Membership and Board meetings are conducted by the association in accordance with said' statutes.
